Stage 01
Free site visit.
Our engineer visits your site — factory shed, society tower, school campus, hospital block — and produces a written assessment of equipment, code gaps, and priority remediation.
Output: written site report. No obligation.

Stage 02
Engineered design & quote.
Hydraulic calculations for hydrant networks, sprinkler coverage maps, hazard-class assessment for detection, equipment selection from BIS-licensed suppliers only. Followed by a line-item quote and as-built drawing set.
Output: BOQ + drawings. ISI / BIS marked supply. Transparent line-item pricing.

Stage 03
In-house installation.
Pipework, panels, detectors, pumps, sprinklers — installed by our own trained engineers, never sub-contracted. Commissioning, pressure testing, alarm verification, and as-built drawings on handover.
Output: commissioned system + as-built drawings + warranty documentation.

Stage 04
AMC & quarterly inspections.
Four site visits a year, hydro-testing every three years per IS 2190, refills and recharges per equipment class. Photographed digital service reports filed after every visit. From ₹10,000 per year.
Output: quarterly reports, refill stickers, drill records — audit-ready.

Stage 05
Fire NOC & audit support.
Full fire NOC paperwork — form FS-1, annexures, equipment invoices, AMC contract, drill records — prepared and submitted. We liaise with the state fire service during inspection and handle any compliance-notice remediation.
Output: NOC dossier + on-site representation during inspection.
