Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the AgniPro website and services, operated by AgniPro Safety Solutions LLP, an Indian limited liability partnership. By submitting an enquiry, requesting a site visit, or contracting us for fire safety services, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope of services

AgniPro provides fire safety engineering services — site risk assessment, system design, equipment supply, installation, annual maintenance, and fire NOC documentation support — to building owners, facility managers, and institutional clients across India. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Site reports and recommendations

Site reports and equipment recommendations issued by AgniPro are based on the information you share, the site survey we conduct, and the relevant codes in force at the time. They are advisory and intended to guide remediation. Final responsibility for legal compliance, including obtaining a valid fire NOC, rests with the building owner.

3. Equipment standards

All fire safety equipment supplied by AgniPro is ISI / BIS marked. Refill cycles, hydro-tests, and recharge intervals follow IS 2190 and the relevant equipment standards. Licence numbers are recorded on every invoice.

4. Installation and AMC

Installation is carried out by our in-house engineers — never sub-contracted. AMC contracts cover the deliverables explicitly listed in your signed scope of work, including quarterly inspections, hydro-testing per IS 2190, and refills/recharges per equipment class.

5. Fees and billing

Site visits and first risk assessments are free. Supply, installation, and AMC are billed per the signed quote — line-item, with GST extra. Payment terms are documented in the work order. Late payment may attract interest at the rate specified in the work order.

6. Refund policy

For equipment supply, unused factory-sealed product may be returned within 7 days for a full refund (less applicable handling and freight). Installation and AMC work, once commenced, is non-refundable except where we materially fail to deliver an agreed deliverable — in which case we will rectify or refund the affected portion in good faith.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India, have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or via the platform at least 14 days before they take effect.
