AgniPro Safety Solutions LLP (“AgniPro”, “we”, “our”) operates the agnipro.com website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We comply with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Information we collect
- Contact and site-visit enquiries. Name, email, phone, city, building type, and the message you send via our contact form.
- Analytics. Anonymised usage data via PostHog — only after you consent on the banner. We do not run third-party advertising scripts.
- Technical. Standard server logs (IP, user agent, request path) retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or site-visit request.
- To deliver, install, and maintain fire safety systems you contract us for.
- To improve the website and our content.
- To send service-related communication (no marketing without consent).
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers we rely on to run the platform — currently Supabase (database hosting), Resend (email delivery), PostHog (analytics), and Vercel (hosting). Each of these processes data on our behalf under their own data protection commitments.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months. You can request deletion at any time by writing to us at the email at the bottom of this page.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information; to withdraw consent for analytics; and to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India. Write to us at the email above.

We use only essential cookies for the site to function, plus PostHog analytics cookies that we set only after you accept the consent banner. Declining is fully supported and does not affect site usability.
